Full time (36 hours a week)

Tier 3 point 1 – 10 (£19,634 - £25,604, depending on experience)

Our busy Kite Estates team are looking for a new team member. This team work behind the scenes ensuring that all our learning environments across 10 sites are safe, well maintained and efficient. This is a team able to offer you much variety and experience.

The role will include:
• Setting up working practices and systems that will enable us to efficiently work across our 10 sites.
• Supporting our Lead site manager with managing the day-to-day running of our sites and in particular the buildings.
• Working as a member of the estates team to co-ordinate projects in all academies
• Supporting the centralised procurement and contract management
• Be responsible for the system that ensures that we are well informed about the assets at each site.
• Co-ordinating the team with setting up a new way of working to include cross site working related to a ticketing system.

As the key officer responsible for managing our Asset/ticketing and Access finance (i.e. raising requisitions and purchase orders) systems, we are looking for somebody with excellent IT skills.

The work is fast paced and needs someone with good organisational skills and ability to work under pressure prioritising and often adapting to respond to urgent matters. The role will provide the successful candidate with a variety of work which will encourage an innovative approach. Previous experience is not necessary as training will be provided.
