We have an opportunity for a Learning Support Assistant in our Academy, starting as soon as possible.
We are looking for someone with an interest in improving life chances for children; including some who may have additional needs.
You will support pupils either individually or in groups with their learning. You will do this with patience, resourcefulness and high expectations of learning and behaviour.
You will need enthusiasm, good communication skills and a genuine passion for children and what motivates them.
What you may lack in experience, you will make up for in tenacity and a willingness to learn.
20 hours per week, mornings only Monday to Friday
term time only (39 weeks including inset days)
Salary is Kite Tier 2 within the range £16,420 - £20,290 FTE depending on experience.
(Actual salary £7,776 to £9,609 per annum)
Initially, this is a fixed term contract finishing on 21st July 2021 but may be extended depending on future staffing needs
