Data and Systems Coordinator

Salary: TSAT Range 5 - £29,633 - £35,729 per annum

Contract: Permanent, Full Time (37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year)

We have an exciting vacancy for a Data and Systems Coordinator based within our Central Offices in Kent. This is a new position within our expanding Trust, so if you are looking to advance your career within HR operations, this role could be for you. The successful candidate will be responsible for collating and providing data as part of our regular reporting processes, ensuring our customers have access to key information. They will also be responsible for maintaining and developing systems to ensure that this data is being collated and used appropriately.

The Data and Systems Coordinator will be responsible for the development and testing of a new HR and Payroll system, establishing and building upon relations across the Trust to ensure that the HR system is supporting our customers. The successful candidate will therefore need to demonstrate previous experience of project management. 

They will be responsible for the maintenance of HR System functions and they will also undertake work across the Trust on systems and data, including working with schools on our Management Information Systems. They will take a proactive approach in developing the system to ensure we meet the changing needs of a growing organisation. As such they will need to be able work independently to solve complex problems. 

The successful candidate will need to a good understanding the types of data used in a HR context. They will need to have the knowledge and experience identify key criteria that can be used to benchmark against similar organisations, and undertaken research to draw meaningful comparisons.
