We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Second In Charge of Maths to join our evolving team at The Victory Academy. The successful candidate will support the team in implementing an effective Maths curriculum, ensuring high quality, engaging and fulfilling education for our students that leads to excellent outcomes.
The successful candidate will share and support the Academy’s responsibility to provide and monitor opportunities for personal and academic growth, and be will be accountable for further delegated responsibilities either within maths or at a whole school level. They will be willing to take the opportunity to play a full part in the further development of our academy and join us in our aims to make learning irresistible and to provide a nurturing and safe environment for everyone.
You will be a qualified Teacher who is passionate about teaching and learning, has a positive outlook and excellent interpersonal skills. They will be an Outstanding classroom practitioner with high expectations for achievements and behaviour to ensure that all of our children achieve their very best. They will be able to plan and deliver a creative and stimulating curriculum and will contribute to the values, ethos and the development of our schools.
