Salary: £6,201 – £7,324 (based on a FTE of £20,252 - £ 23,918 per annum)
Hours: 11.33 hours per week
Location: Brixham College
Contract: Permanent

Your new role
We are looking for candidates with passion for sport and the leisure industry. You will have the chance to build and develop your skills in our growing business and we are looking for a customer focused Senior Sports Coordinator to help us deliver a first-class leisure experience
What you will need to succeed
The role will oversee many responsibilities including the preparation of all areas for activities and ensuring a welcoming front of house presence is delivered when the centre is open. You will have excellent customer service and a positive approach.
You will help with everyday operations including maintenance and upkeep of our facilities. You will also be a point of contact for both members and prospective members. This will include being an advocate for our Thinking Fitness brand in the wider community.
You will have to be flexible with working hours and will be expected to work a mix of evenings and weekends.
