Salary:  TSAT Pay Group 3 £13,542 - £16,022 pro rata 

(£22,818 - £26,997 FTE) per annum 

Hours:  25 hours per week,38 weeks per year (Term Time Only)

Start Date:  January 2023

Contract: Fixed Term to 21 July 2023

Location:  Brixham College

The Role

 

We have an exciting vacancy for a SEND Administrator at Brixham College.  The successful candidate will provide a comprehensive administration service supporting the SENCO and staff as appropriate. They will be expected to maintain and update the SEN Register and other records, updating staff accordingly, as well as supporting the Annual Review process.

 Responding to enquires from staff, parents, external agencies and other stakeholders as necessary.

  • To maintain and update the SEN Register and other records, as necessary.
  • Support the “Team Around the Child” Team.
  • Ensuring all Annual Review paperwork is carried out and submitted on time attend and take minutes at Annual Reviews. 
  • Typing Individual Education Plans and arranging their reviews.
  • Assist and help set up for Open Evenings, Tours, and Taster Days.
