We’re looking for a detail-orientated Admin Assistant to help keep our team running smoothly!

We seek a dedicated and organised Administrative Assistant to join our team.

As the Administrative Assistant. You will work closely with a range of colleagues and students to support the day-to-day operational running of the organisation, including managing whole school and phase communications, suspension paperwork, and manning the reception. The role also incorporates managing in-school systems to support operational needs.

Skills and Experience Required:
. Strong organisational and planning skills.
. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
. Experience working within an educational setting (preferable but not essential).
. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and relevant administrative tools.
