Job Description

If you have excellent skills and carry the ability to work methodically, coordinating all aspects of the payroll function, this is a great opportunity for you.

The Payroll Officer will contribute towards the provision of an expert ‘end to end’ payroll service, including the preparation and submission of monthly and end of year statutory returns to HMRC and pension schemes.

You will assist with the processing of payroll for 5 schools across the Kings Academy Hampshire Cluster. You must have experience with running ‘end to end’ payroll processing, have strong UK payroll knowledge ensuring compliance with payroll and pension legislation and should be used to refreshing your knowledge and be proactive in ensuring processes, systems and communications are updated accordingly.

You will work closely with the Central KGA Hampshire HR and Finance Teams and be a natural multi-tasker, with excellent customer service skills who isn’t easily fazed.
