Job Description

Salary range: KGA Band 3, Pt 3-4 (£22,737 - £23,100 full time equivalent) {salary will be pro-rated}


This is a highly rewarding and challenging role. We are looking for individuals that are supportive, non-judgmental, patient, emotionally available, positive and flexible. You must be able to speak to pupils in a manner which encourages and supports them, enabling you to build trusting relationships. LSAs support pupils in class, in small groups and on a one-to-one basis.

Pupils may have a variety of SEND needs that fall into the following categories of: Cognition and Learning, Communication and Interaction, Physical and Sensory Needs and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH). Our LSAs work with pupils of all abilities and levels of need. Pupils with physical disabilities may need help with mobility and accessing materials, for example and pupils with SEMH needs may need support with emotional regulation.
