We have an exciting opportunity for a Student Welfare and Attendance Manager to join the team at the Three Rivers Academy. This role supports Ongoing monitoring of attendance for students in Years 7 to 13. Identify students who require support with their attendance and those that have significantly improved for commendation, As lead for the school, attend and hold meetings with the Education Welfare Officer and other relevant agencies who are able to support students in improving attendance. Liaising with members of school staff both prior and on all outcomes. Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal skills and listening skills with a commitment to helping. The postholder will Under the direction of the PA to Head of School & Office Manager and professionally reporting to AP for Attendance. Working as part of the Main School Office team and other school administrative staff where appropriate.


Working Pattern: Monday to Friday , 32.5hours a week, term time only


The successful candidate will have Good education to GCSE level in English. Maths and Science or equivalent – Grade C and/or above.
