Working Pattern: Monday to Friday. 8.30am – 3.30pm 36 hrs a week


We have an exciting opportunity for a safeguarding and inclusion administrator to join the team at the Meadhurst Primary School.
This role Provides administrative and classroom support for the Inclusion Department.
Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal skills and listening skills with a commitment to helping. The postholder will Ensure information and records are processed and stored to agreed procedures.
Deliver a range of administrative and/or customer/consultancy services in support of existing systems or processes to agreed standards, to maximise service quality and continuity.
Follow established ordering procedures to ensure adequate resources are available to meet work requirements.
Receive visitors and provide/request basic information in a courteous manner to promote a positive image of the work unit.

Key qualifications/experience and skills required Minimum 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above, or equivalent, or able to evidence ability at an equivalent level, Familiar with one or more of the specific processes used in business, communication, financial or HR administration,Ability to apply relevant health and safety, equality and diversity, and other county/service policies and procedures.

Meadhurst is a three form entry primary school and also provides access and support for pupils with a full range of Special Educational Needs that one would expect to find in an inclusive mainstream primary school, with a designated Speech, Language and Communication Centre which caters for up 20 pupils.
