Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 7.00 AM to 2.06 PM
We have an exciting opportunity for a Cover Manager and Senior Leadership Team Administrator to join Three Rivers Academy. The candidate will be a pivotal member of the support team ensuring that both planned and unplanned staff absence is covered, in addition to providing high level administrative support.
Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal skills and listening skills with a commitment to helping.
The postholder will be responsible for the cover throughout the whole school and will manage a team of Cover Supervisors, ensuring that they are performing effectively and that they are used fairly and efficiently.
The successful candidate will be educated to A level, HNC or equivalent, or able to evidence ability at an equivalent level.
Three Rivers Academy moved into a brand-new school building in February 2018 which offers spacious, modern and outstanding facilities. Three Rivers Academy is a school that maximises opportunities for young people to develop academically and socially in an environment that is stimulating, caring and supportive.
