Where possible interviews will be held on site within our schools and we will adhere to our current Covid policy for external visitors. Otherwise interviews will be held remotely by teams .


Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8.30am-4.12pm with a 30 minute unpaid break.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Pastoral Support Leader and DDSL to join the team at the Howard of Effingham School.The Pastoral Support Leader will work to support raising the attainment of our must vulnerable learners across the school, and developing approaches to keep all students in education, in school, and in lessons.

Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal skills and listening skills with a commitment to helping.

The successful candidate will have experience of working with professional agencies who support young people and have the ability to use ICT, including Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, and ideally MyConcern and SIMS.
