Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.12pm, with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break


This role will be based at Howard of Effingham school or another school within THPT


We have an exciting opportunity for HR Assistants to join our growing HR team as The Howard Partnership Trust increases in size. We require friendly, reliable, and flexible people who are conscientious and keen to work within a generalist HR role and team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the HR Team across multiple sites, acting as a point of contacts for schools and external contacts. While we indicate level CIPD Level 3 in our profile, we would consider candidates who have a willingness to work towards this. Previous experience and understanding of recruitment and selection administration as well as other general HR processes is also required.
