Where possible interviews will be held on site within our schools and we will adhere to our current Covid policy for external visitors. Otherwise interviews will be held remotely by Teams.


Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 8.30am-4.12pm with a 30 minute unpaid break

We have an exciting opportunity for two Student Services Administrators to join the team at the Howard of Effingham School. This role provides an efficient and accurate administrative service to support the needs of the school. Duties will include administering the daily registration of attendance and supervising the collection and input on data to the attendance monitoring system.

Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal skills and listening skills with a commitment to helping.The postholders will be responsible for contacting parents if their child is not in school and notification is not received.

The successful candidates will have a minimum of 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above, or equivalent, or able to evidence ability at an equivalent level.
