Where possible interviews will be held on site within our schools and we will adhere to our current Covid policy for external visitors. Otherwise interviews will be held remotely by teams or skype.



Working Pattern: 3 days per week, 8.30am - 4.30pm, with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break, plus 1.5 hours per week to allow for attending out of hours meetings, including after school staff meeting, Parents Evenings etc. We would require that there is an element of flexibility to work outside of normal school hours to accommodate the needs and commitments of some of our families.


We have an exciting opportunity for a Home School Link Worker to join the team at Linden Bridge School. The successful candidates will work directly with children and families, individually and in groups, particularly focusing on parenting skills, behaviour management and practical skills; while also supporting teachers in facilitating the emotional and educational development of targeted children.

The successful applicant will be educated to Educated to A level, HNC or equivalent, or able to evidence ability at an equivalent level and have previous work experience in a relevant environment. The ability to apply specialist skills/judgement to undertake a programme of works is also a must.

Linden Bridge School is a special school in Worcester Park, Surrey for children and young people with complex communication and interaction needs. Originally part of the LIFT Partnership Multi Academy Trust, a family of schools who work together to use and share a wide range of expertise and services, LIFT Partnership has now merged with The Howard Partnership Trust (THPT) from March 2021.
