Bank Staff Role
Buxlow School is looking to recruit flexible and reliable SEND Teaching Assistants / HLTAs to join our bank staff team. This is a flexible, casual role providing cover across the school when needed.
Successful candidates will be employed directly by the school and contacted to support during staff absences, training days, or periods of increased need.
About the Role
As a member of our bank staff team, you will:
Provide high-quality support to pupils with SEND
Cover classes and support learning across the school when required
Work collaboratively with teaching and support staff
Help create a positive, safe and engaging learning environment
Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development

Individuals who are:
Flexible, dependable and able to work at short notice
Passionate about supporting children and young people with additional needs
Positive, patient and enthusiastic
Experienced in education, SEND settings or care environments
Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
