Senior Room Leader – Level 3 Qualified

Location: Herne Hill, London (SE24)
Salary: Up to £35,000 per year, DOE (Full-Time Equivalent)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent, Year-Round
Work Schedule: Now offering 4-day-per-week contracts! (7am - 7pm open hours)

What You Need (Requirements)
• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (DfE-approved)
• Demonstrable early years experience
• Valid Paediatric First Aid certificate (or willingness to get one)
• Strong working knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted standards
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver outstanding EYFS-aligned care
• Manage key children records and track progress
• Build strong partnerships with parents and families
• Mentor junior staff and model high teaching standards
