Nursery Practitioner (Qualified or Experienced Unqualified)

Walton Montessori is a highly regarded setting in Surrey offering a nurturing and inspiring environment for children aged 3 months to 5 years. We combine Montessori principles with the statutory EYFS framework. We are proud to be part of the Inspired Learning Group (ILG).
Salary: Up to £31,185 per year (DOE, Full-Time Equivalent; competitive rates adjusted for qualification and experience level)
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Mon–Fri)
Schedule: 5 days (4-day shift patterns can be discussed)
Location: Walton-on-Thames, Surrey (KT12)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Year-Round (Nursery open 8:00am–6:00pm, Mon–Fri)

• Deliver child-led, engaging activities combining EYFS and Montessori methods
• Observe, track, and celebrate developmental milestones
• Build warm, trusting partnerships with our local families
• Maintain excellent safety, hygiene, and safeguarding standards
What You Need to Apply
• Experience: Proven hands-on experience working in a UK nursery setting
• Qualifications: A full & relevant Level 2 or above Early Years qualification is preferred, but unqualified applicants with strong, proven nursery experience are welcome to apply
• Knowledge: Solid understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding (or a willingness to learn)
• Attitude: A caring, positive, and collaborative approach
