Walton Montessori
Montessori Early Years Teacher (QTS / EYTS)

Location: Walton-on-Thames, Surrey (KT12 1LZ)
Salary: Up to £34,000 per annum (Depending on Experience)
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time (Term-Time or Year-Round options available)
Hours: Shifts between 8am – 6pm, Monday to Friday

Walton Montessori is looking for an inspiring Montessori Teacher (QTS / EYTS) to lead our Pre-School room (ages 3–5). Located in the heart of Walton-on-Thames, our award-winning group offers a nurturing, state-of-the-art environment where children thrive.

Your Role
• Lead the Pre-School room, blending Montessori philosophy with the EYFS curriculum.
• Design engaging, hands-on learning spaces that spark independence.
• Track, assess, and celebrate each child's individual progress.
• Build strong, trusted partnerships with local families.

What You Need
• Teaching Status: Must hold QTS, EYTS, or an equivalent Level 6 Early Years qualification.
• Pedagogy: Strong knowledge of the EYFS and a passion for Montessori principles.
• Skills: Proven experience leading a classroom, planning lessons, and tracking development.
• Attributes: Warm, positive communicator who easily builds strong bonds with children.
