We are currently looking to recruit an outstanding Administrator to join Holme Court Derby. Starting in September 2026 this is a great opportunity for you to play a key role at Holme Court Derby.
We welcome applications from those with appropriate administrative experience. This incredibly varied and interesting role requires you to have the ability to manage various tasks as well as being on hand to provide in class support as requested.

As an independent specialist school for pupils aged 7–16, we support children and young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs through a highly individualised, needs-led approach to education.

As our administrator you should be passionate about children and their learning, this is a non-teaching position however all work at Holme Court Derby focuses on pupil development and the continued excellence of our provision.
You will be working to support the teaching team, this team is responsible for the day to day operations for the whole school. You will also play a key link between the school and the wider Inspired Learning Group of schools.
Duties will include, but are not limited to, the following;
• Liaising with parents, carers, teachers and member of the public. Responding and assisting with requests as they arise.
• Being the main point of contact at the school, responding in a friendly professional manner.
• Provide administrative support to the Headteacher and other school staff as requested.
• Attending and organising school events and meetings.
• Keeping pupil record up to date including admissions, attendance and census details.
• Providing fist aid support as needed.
