Holiday Camp Manager
St Francis School
Contract – Contractor, £15.50 - £16.75 per hour, plus holiday pay
Start Date – July 2025
Location – Haybrook House, Marlborough Road, Pewsey SN9 5NT

About the Role
As Camp Manager at St Francis School, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring the smooth day to day running of our Holiday Camp. With work available during every school holiday, this role offers an excellent opportunity to shape and grow the Holiday Camp provision at St Francis School.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Overseeing daily camp operations to ensure everything runs safely and efficiently
• Leading and supporting staff, providing guidance, feedback and encouragement
• Delivering engaging activities for children aged 4–13
• Maintaining a positive, organised environment for children and staff
• Building strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues
• Ensuring high standards of behaviour, safety and professionalism across the camp

What We’re Looking For
We are seeking someone who brings strong leadership, organisation and childcare experience. The ideal candidate will have:
• Calm, organised and detail oriented approach to managing a busy camp environment
• Experience working in a childcare setting
• Confidence managing small teams and supporting staff development
• Strong communication skills, especially when interacting with parents and staff
• Ability to lead by example and maintain high standards
• Energy, enthusiasm and a passion for creating a safe, fun and engaging environment for children

All training will be provided to ensure your readiness for this role.
