The Orchard Day Nursery Wimbledon
Room Leader | Permanent, Year-Round Role
Salary: Up to £33,495 DOE (FTE – pro rata for part-time hours)
Opening Hours: 7am to 7pm, Mon–Fri
Location: Wimbledon (SW19)

Key Responsibilities
Lead the room team and daily activities.
Oversee observations, assessments and planning.
Maintain a safe, organised, high-quality environment.
Build positive relationships with children and families.
What You Need
Level 3+ Early Years qualification (DfE-approved).
Strong EYFS and safeguarding knowledge.
Experience leading a room or mentoring staff.
Confident communicator with a warm, positive approach.
