We're looking for caring and enthusiastic Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioners to join our friendly and supportive team. What you'll be doing
As an Early Years Practitioner, you'll play an important role in creating a stimulating environment where every child can flourish.
You'll:
• Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences that support each child's individual interests, abilities and stage of development.
• Create a safe, welcoming and nurturing environment where children are encouraged to explore, discover and develop confidence.
• Observe, assess and celebrate children's progress, using the EYFS framework to plan meaningful next steps in learning.
• Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents and carers, working together to support every child's development.
• Support children's emotional wellbeing, communication, independence and social development through warm, responsive interactions.
• Maintain accurate observations, assessments and learning records to celebrate children's achievements and inform future planning.
• Make the most of the nursery's excellent indoor and outdoor learning environments, encouraging curiosity, creativity and a love of learning.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain consistently high standards of care, education and professionalism.
• Ensure safeguarding, health and safety and children's wellbeing remain central to everything you do.
We're looking for someone who has:
• A DfE-approved Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
• Previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting.
• Good knowledge of the EYFS, child development and safeguarding.
• A caring, enthusiastic and child-centred approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for providing outstanding Early Years education.
