We are seeking to appoint a Deputy Head, Academic to join the senior leadership team at St. Francis` College.
As Deputy Head at St. Francis College you will be a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of the curriculum, as well as ensuring the highest possible outcomes of teaching and results. You will have overall responsibility for ensuring excellent academic standards across the College.
Set in the midst of Letchworth Garden City, St. Francis' College has been providing a first class education for girls for over 85 years, blending traditional values and a modern vision.
St. Francis’ College has been recognised for its outstanding academic results, pastoral support and the extensive range of extracurricular activities available for students.
We are?seeking to appoint a Deputy Headteacher who will work with the Head to ensure every pupil has access to a broad, balanced, and future-ready curriculum that is meaningful, relevant, and prepares them for success in higher education, careers, and life.
You will Provide strategic leadership for all academic matters, driving a culture of high expectations, innovation, and aspiration across the Senior School.
We would like to hear from experienced leaders who have a proven track record of inspiring others to reach challenging goals through effective communication and good judgement. The ability to work successfully within a team and independently is essential for this role.
