School Operations Manager
We are looking to appoint a School Operations manager at Saint Felix School
Saint Felix School is an independent co-educational day and boarding school for students aged from 2 to 18, located close to the glorious seaside town of Southwold on the Suffolk coast. Our aim is to develop well-rounded students with the skills and the personality to make a success of their lives during and after their school years.
As our School Operations Manager you will lead and manage all aspects of the operations and facilities of the School. Lead, manage and continuously improve all aspects of school operations by:
• Ensuring a safe, compliant and well-maintained environment.
• Providing professional leadership to operational teams.
• Supporting strategic planning and delivery.
• Managing estates, transport, facilities and business operations.
• Enabling the School’s educational mission through exceptional operational support.
This role will suit someone who is detail orientated and strategic at the same time, your workload will be varied and require confidentiality, discretion and empathy. You will have to manage and work with various departments so the ability to prioritise and communicate clearly is key.
