Room Leader (Full-Time) – Lead & Inspire at Little Saint Felix Nursery!

Your Role:

Lead daily practice and inspire your room team
Plan and deliver high-quality, play-based activities
Support and mentor staff to uphold excellent standards
Maintain strong safeguarding and health & safety practice
Build positive relationships with families
Complete accurate observations, assessments, and reports
You’ll Need:

Level 3+ Early Years qualification
Leadership experience in an early years setting
Strong EYFS knowledge and communication skills
A nurturing, proactive, and professional approach
Safeguarding
