Salary: Up to £45,000 + Bonus (depending on experience)
Contract: Permanent, 52 weeks per year
Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week

We are seeking an experienced, passionate Nursery Manager to lead our outstanding nursery from January 2026. You will be part of a close-knit Senior Leadership Team, working alongside the Head to shape an inspiring and nurturing environment for our youngest learners.
You will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the nursery, ensuring excellence in teaching and learning, maintaining strong operational and financial oversight and developing your team to reach their full potential.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Nursery Manager, or an ambitious Deputy Manager ready to take the next step to make a meaningful impact in a well-established, high-quality setting.

• Inspire and support your team to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
• Maintain excellent communication with staff, parents and external partners.
• Oversee occupancy, compliance and quality standards to ensure continued growth.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Qualifications & Experience
• A full and relevant Level 5 qualification (e.g. NVQ5, EYTS, QTS, B.Ed or above).
• Proven experience in a management or senior leadership role within Early Years.
• Excellent working knowledge of the EYFS and Ofsted requirements.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and commitment to best practice.
• A passion for early childhood education and child development.
• Outstanding communication, organisation and team leadership skills.
