Job Description

Transport and Site Operations support
Full Time, 52 weeks
ASAP start

An exciting opportunity has opened at Saint Felix School. We are looking for a Transport and Site Operations support member of staff.

This role will involve being responsible for the effective and efficient organisation of the school’s transport services for both day and boarding pupils. This includes planning and coordinating daily school runs, managing drivers and vehicles, ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, and liaising with parents, staff, and external transport providers. As well as transport we are looking for someone who is preprepared to be part of a wider team offering support to a cross section of departments.

The role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to respond quickly to operational challenges to ensure the smooth running of transport arrangements. There will be Health and Safety responsibilities as well as operational catering responsibilities.

This is a full time permanent role at Saint Felix working all year round.

Saint Felix School is an independent co-educational day and boarding school for students aged from 2 to 18, located close to the glorious seaside town of Southwold on the Suffolk coast.
