We are seeking an Area Operations Manager to join the operations team at Inspired Learning Group. This fantastic role would be ideal for someone looking for the next step in their career and comes at a genuinely exciting time to join Inspired Learning Group.

The role of the Area Operations Manager role is to lead and manage all aspects of the operations and facilities of the cluster schools and nurseries. Based within a through school or larger property within your cluster you will manage the strategic and day to day operation of the sites within your cluster.
Based approximately 80% in main cluster “Through School” and 20% of your time in other cluster schools/nurseries. Remote working required.

As one of our Area Operations Manager you will ensure that the operational running of the schools within the cluster and all staff within operational departments are supported. You will work closely with the Heads and Nursery managers in your cluster.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following skills/expertise:
• Successful senior management experience, to include strategic planning, administration, financial management and project control.
• Experience of managing health and safety, e.g. IOSH Managing Safety
• Experience of property and facilities and/or site development.
• Experience of being a leader of multiple teams, managing HR, performance management, operational and budgetary priorities.
• Experience of working as part of a wider leadership team.

This role will suit someone who is detail orientated and strategic at the same time, someone with a broad range of skills gained from hospitality, leisure or multi-site management background.

Your workload will be varied and require confidentiality, discretion and empathy. You will be the custodian of all inspection documentation including policies for Inspired Learning Group.
