Kitchen Assistant
Part time, 36 wks, 11.00-14.00 every day, 15 hours across the week
We are currently recruiting for a Kitchen Assistant to join us at Danesfield Manor School. You will join our excellent School catering team and continue with the excellent provision at Danesfield Manor.
This is a Part time role, the hours are 11:00 – 14:00 each day for the whole 36 weeks of the school terms.
Located in Walton on Thames, Danesfield Manor School is a one form entry school educating boys and girls from the age of 2 – 11 years of age. With strong values and growth mindset approach to learning, we empower our pupils with excellent knowledge, extensive vocabulary and innate confidence. As our Kitchen assistant you will undertake the task of supporting Cook/Supervisor with the
preparation of meals and perform domestic duties which ensure the safe production of food relevant to current food and health safety legislation. You will also assist the cook in delivery of tea and assist with serving where required.

This role would suit someone who has previous experience of working in a catering environment. Prior school experience is not essential but would be looked upon favourably.
