Early Years Teacher (Full-Time) – Inspire Learning at Ruskin House Nursery!

Join Ruskin House Nursery in Herne Hill as an Early Years Teacher. Lead our Pre-School room with creativity and care. Excellent salary, benefits, and career growth.

Location: Ruskin House Nursery – Herne Hill, SE24
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per year (Depending on qualifications & experience)
Contract: Full-Time | 40 hours/week | Monday to Friday

We’re looking for a qualified Early Years Teacher (QTS, EYTS or equivalent) to lead our Pre-School room (ages 3–5) and deliver an engaging, child-led curriculum in a nurturing and inspiring setting.

Your Role:

Deliver inspiring, play-based learning aligned with the EYFS
Observe and track children’s progress and development
Build strong relationships with parents and carers
Maintain a calm, safe, and joyful classroom environment
Collaborate with a dedicated and passionate nursery team

What You’ll Need:

QTS, EYTS, or equivalent Early Years Teaching qualification (essential)
Experience working with 3–5-year-olds in a nursery or pre-school setting
Strong EYFS knowledge and a passion for early learning
