Collingwood School are currently looking to recruit a passionate and inspirational Teacher of Spanish to join their wonderful School and Nursery based in Wallington. This role is a permanent part time teaching position working with pupils in Key Stage 2.

We are looking for a passionate Spanish Teacher who can work with pupils in key stage 2. The ability to plan, prepare and present lessons that cater for the needs of the whole ability range within the class in Spanish is essential.
We welcome applications from experienced Spanish teachers with QTS. We also welcome applications from experienced Spanish Teachers who may not have QTS. You must be able to demonstrate your passion for children’s learning in languages.
We are looking for a Spanish teacher who is able to;
• Plan and prepare lessons in relation to individual pupils' needs to provide rich, stimulating Spanish lessons.
• Prepare appropriate teaching materials and resources
• Teach written and spoken Spanish to pupils as part of the curriculum content
• Liaise with academic staff and parents on department matters
• Create and maintain a network of contacts to ensure work continuity
• Ensure up-to-date knowledge and awareness of examination requirements for Spanish exams
• Assess pupils’ abilities, providing feedback, and writing reports
• Keep appropriate pupil and curriculum records
