Location: Walton Montessori – Walton-on-Thames (KT12)
Salary: Up to £34,000 per year FTE (depending on experience and qualifications)
Contract: Full-Time | 40 hours/week | Monday–Friday | Term-time options available

What You’ll Do
Plan and deliver inspiring Montessori-based activities
Support and observe each child’s progress and development
Create strong relationships with parents and carers
Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment
Work closely with colleagues to provide exceptional care and learning
What You’ll Need
Montessori Diploma, QTS, or Early Years Teaching qualification (essential)
Experience in a Montessori or early years setting
Sound knowledge of child development and the EYFS
A nurturing, reflective approach and passion for early learning
