Location: Walton Montessori – Walton-on-Thames (KT12)
Salary: Up to £31,185 per year (Pro Rata, depending on experience/qualifications)
Contract: Fixed-Term Maternity Cover | Full-Time | 40 hrs/week | Monday–Friday
Qualification: Level 2+ DfE-Approved Early Years Qualification

Your Role

Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate activities
Observe and record children’s learning and progress
Build warm relationships with parents and carers
Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing environment
Collaborate with colleagues to uphold high standards of care

What You’ll Need

Level 2+ Early Years qualification (DfE-approved)
Experience working with babies and young children (0–5 years)
Strong understanding of EYFS, Safeguarding & Child Protection
A kind, proactive attitude and genuine passion for early years education
