Head of Prep
Interview Date: Thursday 5th December and Thursday 10th December
Start Date : April 2025, possibly sooner
Contract/Hours: Full Time
Salary: Rookwood Qualified Teacher Scale
Location of Role: Rookwood School, Andover
We are seeking to recruit a calm, empathetic and diligent individual to lead our Prep School. They will bring with them an exciting vision for the Prep School whilst working collaboratively with the wider School community.
The post holder will act with a high level of integrity and emotional intelligence. They will be a committed educator who is passionate about focusing on children as individuals, giving our Prep pupils the best educational experience. Proven experience of managing the busy day to day management of a prep school will be key to any successful appointment.
Nestled on a leafy site in Andover, Rookwood School is a happy and thriving learning environment for pupils aged 2 to 18. The start date for this role is the beginning of Summer Term 2025. However, for the right candidate, an alternative start date can be considered and discussed during the interview.
