Salary: Up to £65.000 per annum plus Bonus, depending on experience

We are looking to appoint a Head of International Student Recruitment to join the Inspired Learning Group and lead on the recruitment of students from around the world, working with agents and families.

Working directly with and reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, and closely with the Heads of Admissions, Marketing and Boarding staff in four of our ILG through schools you as the Head of International Student Recruitment will focus on building awareness, driving enquiries and increasing international numbers.
You will play a crucial role within the Inspired Learning Group, by working closely with agents, families and students, helping them find out about and make the decision to pursue their education at our schools. You will be a skilled and independent professional who is able to form strong relationships and maintain the highest standards.
As our Head of International Student Recruitment you will promote the schools within the Inspired Learning Group overseas utilising recruitment fairs and events. This role will involve travel both within the UK and overseas.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following skills/expertise:
• A track record of successful international student recruitment in schools or universities
• An extensive established network of agents across all relevant markets
• A wide experience of attending recruitment fairs
• The ability to build strong and effective relationships within the school and with agents/prospective parents.
• A thorough understanding of a Boarding School environment
• Thorough knowledge of the student visa process
• Degree level qualification or equivalent professional qualification(s)
This role will suit someone with prior international experience who is able to adapt, work independently and develop lasting relationships. The role will involve a flexible approach to location, a blend of home working, working at our head office in Stanmore (Inspired Learning Group, Georgian House, Park Lane, Stanmore Middlesex HA7 3HD) and frequent travel overseas and to our schools will be required.
