We are seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager to join our growing marketing team, this is a newly created role due to ongoing and sustained growth. This role will report directly into the Marketing Director. You will play a crucial role in bringing marketing campaigns to life across a range of channels both online and offline. Working across multiple settings (schools and nurseries) within the business, you will plan and execute engaging campaigns to drive brand awareness and deliver a positive ROI. Each school and nursery within the Inspired Learning Group is unique and has its own USP, so the ability to switch between brand guidelines and deliver a tailored experience to each target audience is a vital part of this role.
As our Marketing Campaign Manager you will be an expert at managing campaigns, an experienced marketeer, a strong collaborator, and will be comfortable working with a diverse set of stakeholders often with ambiguous challenges. The ability to engage and market online is essential as well as producing targeting offline campaigns.
The role will encompass:
• Managing end to end campaigns to drive reach, increase sales and improve market share of our schools and nurseries.
• Working across multiple brands to ensure the right message is delivered to the right audience utilising the most relevant channel and method of communication for the brand’s target customer.
• Collaborating with key stakeholders across the company to ensure campaigns are delivered to a high standard, within budgets and to timescales.
• Writing briefs for relevant departments internally - (copy, visual, web etc..)
• Working with in-house admissions team to report on the effectiveness of campaign performance.
• Building and ownership of your campaign management platform - setting key milestones and deadlines.
• Managing communications with school teams, keeping them up to date, informed and engaged in the campaign development process
• Delivering creative excellence, with a strong eye for compelling propositions, the ability to input yourself and guide internal team members and partners to create outstanding campaign work
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following skills/expertise:
• Strong experience working for B2C & Consumer brands, a background in education is not a pre-requisite
• Strong online marketing skills.
• Experience working across multiple brands, or experience in agency would be advantageous
• Ability to work across a number of fast-moving multi-channel campaigns
• Experience of communicating results clearly to stakeholders up to CEO level
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise multiple campaigns and BAU work.
• Strong commercial awareness.
• Highly creative with strong attention to detail - a passion for creating a lasting impression with the customer.
This role will suit someone who is creative, detailed and strategic at the same time, your workload will vary between large scale campaign management through to day-to-day priorities of the campaign execution.
The role will involve a blend of home working and working at our head office in Stanmore (Inspired Learning Group, Georgian House, Park Lane, Stanmore Middlesex HA7 3HD). Frequent travel to schools and nurseries will also be required.
