Salary: Up to £31,185 per year (Depending on experience and qualifications)
Hours: 40 hours/week | Monday to Friday | Full-Time
Qualification: Minimum Level 2 DfE-Approved Early Years Qualification Required

What You’ll Be Doing
As an Early Years Practitioner, you’ll play a key role in supporting children aged 3 months to 5 years in a safe, stimulating environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Planning and delivering fun, EYFS-based learning activities
• Observing, assessing, and recording children’s development
• Building positive, trusting relationships with families and carers
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and inclusion
• Working collaboratively with an experienced, passionate team

What You’ll Need
• A Full and Relevant Level 2 or above Early Years Qualification (DfE-approved)
• Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting
• Sound knowledge of EYFS, Safeguarding, and Child Protection
• A warm, enthusiastic attitude and a commitment to supporting children’s growth

Applicants must be willing to undergo child protection screening, as all new staff will be subject to enhanced DBS clearance, identity checks, qualification checks and employment checks to include an exploration of any gaps within employment, two satisfactory references and registration with the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
