Deputy Nursery Operations Manager

Hours of work: 40 hours per week
Full time, year round
Working at Head Office and visiting the settings
Salary range: £40,000 - £45,000
Reporting to: Head of Nurseries


Inspired Learning Group are currently looking to recruit a Deputy Nursery Operations Manager.

Due to expansion, this is an exciting new opening to work with our Head of Nurseries to lead the group’s strategic approach in ensuring that the operations of our nurseries run smoothly, and in particular that compliance is managed consistently across the group.

Inspired Learning Group is a growing group of Independent Schools and Nurseries. Currently consisting of 19 settings: 11 prep schools, 2 senior schools and 6 standalone nurseries. Most are located within the M25 around North, West and South London, apart from the senior schools which are in Letchworth Garden City and Southwold.

As our Deputy Nursery Operations Manager you will be involved in supporting and advising the schools and nurseries on various aspects of their operations. You will help develop, establish, manage and monitor standards, processes, communications, training and systems to ensure all responsibilities associated with those areas are adhered to.

You will be involved in all areas of the nurseries from recruitment oversight to staff development. Strategizing alongside the Head of Nurseries you will play a key role in developing the already excellent nursery provision at Inspired Learning Group.

We are looking for someone with a nursery background for this role. If you have experience in managing or operations at a nursery level this could be the ideal next step for you. Prior knowledge of the EYFS framework and inspections would be an advantage.
