Location: Walton Montessori – Walton-on-Thames (KT12)
Salary: Up to £31,185 per year (DOE)
Hours: 40 hrs/week | Monday–Friday
Qualification: Level 2+ DfE-Approved Early Years Qualification

Your Role
Plan and deliver fun, developmentally appropriate activities
Observe and record each child’s learning journey
Build positive relationships with parents and carers
Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing environment
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality care
What You’ll Need
Level 2+ Early Years qualification (DfE-approved)
Experience with babies and young children (0–5 years)
Understanding of EYFS, Safeguarding & Child Protection
A proactive, nurturing attitude and love for early education
